Conference and Events Account Manager

Position:
In this position you are responsible for the sales within the Conference and Events department of the Steigenberger Kurhaus Hotel. You are also responsible for the organisation of the total event. Your main activities consists of preparing and sending proposals, contact with the guests and clients, conducting visits to the hotel (site inspections), internal coordination and communication of the event, financial processing of the event and organising and conducting the post event evaluation. You are the key contact person from the start until the end of the event. You are proactively selling the hotel facilities. The Conference and Events department consists of 5 team members. In the position you will be reporting to the Conference and Events Manager.

Human Resources Administrator
Functieomschrijving:
Samen met de Human Resources Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het op de organisatie toegespitste personeelsbeleid. Hierbij ondersteun je de Human Resources Officer met alle voorkomende werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de instroom, de doorstroom en de uitstroom van medewerkers. De afdeling bestaat uit drie personen; de Human Resources Administrator, een stagiaire en de Human Resources Officer, die je leidinggevende is.
In deze functie houd je je bezig met de volgende vakgebieden:
• HR procedures en reglementen: Licht procedures en reglementen (oa. de Horeca CAO en huisreglement) toe en controleert of deze worden toegepast in de organisatie.
• Werving & Selectie: Je draagt zorg voor het plaatsen van de vacatures op de verschillende websites, maakt afspraken met kandidaten en doet de schriftelijke afhandeling van de procedure. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het wervingsbeleid van stagiaires en leerlingen.
• Opleidingen en trainingen: Je coördineert de organisatie van interne en externe opleidingen en trainingen, maakt uitnodigingen voor de medewerkers en houdt bij welke opleidingen en trainingen door medewerkers gevolgd zijn.
• Verzuim: Je verwerkt de ziek- en herstelmeldingen in het systeem en coördineert het interne spreekuur van de bedrijfsarts.
• Verlof: Je houdt een gedegen verlofadministratie bij.
• Urenregistratie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle van de urenregistratie van medewerkers die door de afdelingshoofden aangeleverd wordt.
• Salarisverwerking: Samen met een externe salarisadministrateur draag je zorg voor een kloppende salarisadministratie. Je levert de mutaties aan, waarna vervolgens extern de salarisrun verwerkt wordt. De controle van de salarisadministratie ligt in handen van de Human Resources Officer.
• Signalering: Je signaleert jubilea, aflopende contracten, etc. en onderneemt hierop actie.
Naast de bovenstaande dagelijkse werkzaamheden fungeer je als vraagbaak voor de Directie, Afdelingshoofden en medewerkers. Tevens draag je zorg voor de registratie in het personeelsinformatiesysteem en houd je de dossiers van de medewerkers bij. Je ondersteunt de Human Resources Officer bij de uitvoering van verschillende projecten.

Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren van een optimale gasttevredenheid en het vergroten van de omzet door middel van up-selling binnen de diverse F&B afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de F&B Afdeling het juiste service niveau en gebudgetteerde omzet realiseert. In deze functie maakt u deel uit van de Management Team. U rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur.
Functie eisen:
• Minimaal 10 jaar Food Beverage management ervaring waarvan tenminste 3 jaar als Food and Beverage Director in 5 sterren hotel of Assistant Director Food and Beverage van een groot 5 sterren hotel.
